Karla joined The Travel Authority in January 2016, beginning as an intern who worked her way up from administration to the Corporate Consultant she is today. Karla has a Bachelor’s in International Tourism and Business Management which sparked her passion for the travel industry.

In 2018, Karla was the runner up to Young Consultant of the Year, this was due to her strong ability to make connections and relationships with clients. Additionally, Karla has a key interest in technology and processes as it allows her to understand her clients inside out.

Over the past couple of years, Karla took some time off to travel and move to London to gain experience and has come back to The Travel Authority in 2021, with more passion and knowledge than ever before.
